About this app
Syncthing-Fork keeps folders the same across the devices you own — phone, laptop, desktop, a second phone. Change a file in one place and it turns up in the others, sent straight between the machines with no cloud account and no company holding your files.
It wraps Syncthing, the long-running open sync engine, in an Android app. This fork is the version people use now that the official Android app has been retired, and the project's wiki has a guide for moving over from it.
Both ends need Syncthing running, and each device has to approve the other once, so the first setup takes a few minutes. It syncs rather than backs up: delete a file on one device and it disappears from the rest too.
