About this app
Noise is a chat app built for when the usual networks fail. It uses Bluetooth to pass messages directly between nearby phones, hopping from device to device, so you can still get a message through during an emergency, a big event, or anywhere signal is spotty.
It won't replace your everyday messenger, but it's a clever backup for the moments when regular networks let you down.
