About this app
Chip Defense, previously called CPU Defense, is a tower defense game set on a circuit board. Waves of attackers — bits and bytes — travel along the traces towards your processor, and you stop them by dropping logic chips into the empty slots along the way.
Instead of arrows and cannons, your towers do arithmetic: subtraction, right shift, bitwise AND and so on, each chipping away at the attacking numbers. Chips can be upgraded as you go, and you collect "heroes of the information age" — more than 25 real people who shaped computing, each with a short biography and a bonus that makes runs easier.
There are 32 hand-built levels plus an endless mode with randomly generated boards. As well as English it is translated into German, French, Italian and Chinese, and it needs Android 6 or later.
